We use the UV screen printing technology to print the optical point 

in the bottom of the opticalgrade acrylic sheet .It makes use of optical 

grade acrylic (PAMMA)sheet to absorb the light from the lamp, and the light remains in the   optical  grade acrylic sheet surface. When the light is refracted into every 

optical point, the reflect light will spread to all angles, then it will 

destroy the reflection condition and injection from the front light 

guide plate. Through a variety of density and sizes of optical point, 

the PLG can light uniformly. The use of reflector is to reflect back 

the light of the underside to the light guide plate, then it can improve

 the light efficiency.
